The service

Rolevera helps mid-career professionals assess their fit for a role and produce tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation. Assessments and documents are generated with the help of AI and are grounded in the materials you provide.

Who can use Rolevera

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a contract. You may use Rolevera for your own job search only.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and your contact information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

When using Rolevera, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or rate limits;
• use the service to mislead an employer with fabricated claims.

AI-generated content and accuracy

Rolevera produces drafts to help you, not finished filings. AI can make mistakes. Our trust features, the Evidence Map, the Claim Verifier, and visible, reversible edits, are designed to help you catch issues, but you are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews or job offers.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel from the customer portal. The lifetime plan is limited to a fixed number of seats and is sold on a one-time basis.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us.

Your content and ownership

You own the materials you upload and the documents you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them so we can provide the service.

We own Rolevera itself, including its software, design, and brand. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Availability and changes to the service

We may update, add, or remove features, and we aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or to protect the service.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Rolevera and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to act on by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that the courts of Alberta have authority over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you other rights.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. For material changes we will give notice by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
